Tim Kring, the creator of the popular television show Heroes, arrived
in the nick of time to unveil the first episode of season three with a
handcuffed suitcase to his wrist at San Diego Comic-Con International
on Saturday.

television season as he revealed the DVD containing the first episode.
Spoiler alert: The 40-minute episode feature a lot of time traveling from the past and into the future. It also revealed a surprise twist to the ending of season 2.The
main hook to the episode is with Mohinder Suresh (played by Sendhil
Ramamurthy) created a formula that allows anyone without superpowers to
now have superpowers. So many characters on the show may now have
superpowers. In addition, one of the villains from a glass walled
prison was revealed to be as a character named H.R.G.
The panelist attendees also included Jack Colman (H.R.G.), Greg
Grunberg (Matt Parkman), Ali Larter (Niki Sanders), James Kyson Lee
(Ando Masahashi), Masi Oka (Hiro Nakamura), Hayden Panettiere (Claire
Bennet) Adrian Pasdar (Nathan Petrelli), Zachary Quinto (Sylar),
Sendhil Ramamurthy (Mohinder Suresh), Dania Ramirez (Maya Herrera),
Christine Rose (Angela Petrelli), and Milo Ventimiglia (Peter
Petrelli). Jeph Loeb, co-executive producer and comic book writer,
moderated the panel.
Seasons 1 and 2 on blu-ray DVD will be released in late August 2008.
The first episode of season three will air on September 22, 2008 on NBC.
