Firstly I have to admit this season started off far better for me, it was taking everything and just hitting the reset button. Alan is a mess again and Charlie has gone back to his manwhoring ways and means to make up for lost time.
It’s not shocking to understand why Charlie would be less than thrilled by the idea of Alan invading his sex pad again…which begs the question: “is blood thicker than water soluble lube?”
Season Five is an uphill battle of sorts; not just to find a way to keep this show spinning but to keep inventing reasons for audiences to care about these guys. It’s a credit to the shows writers that they can pull this off time after time. While the show might not be my cup of tea it’s still sterile yet risqué enough to fly for most. Buy It Now: Rating:
