- Creating A Concert: Filming The "Shadows Of The Night" Performance Version: Standard Review: I'll admit when I heard about this show I was kinda sad. This seemed like a project Holly Hunter wouldn't touch with 12 and a half foot pole.
Having seen the first full season I get it now. It's not nearly the lame concept I had thought born from all those touched by an angel shows. This has some decent grit and grime on it.
Grace is not a person who would just accept an angel coming down to save her sorry ass, and she fights it every step of the way while using her talents to piece together just what's going on, or prove that she's just lost a couple of mental to heavy nights of drinking and probably a couple of STD's.
The season has a great built to it that just keeps you coming back to see if she's given up her sinful ways. A good pick up for someone looking for a solid drama with some fun to it. Buy It Now: Rating:
