Nothing is off limits with Kevin, including a young ladys' mother who, after telling him that she had no idea who he was, that she was hoping to give him her daughters headshot and resume. Bad call Ripley, bad call.
Kevin said that first she would need to go over and tongue his…well I'll leave that to your imagination but think tossed salad.
So after his very well received footage of Clerks II that he shared with his fans we had the chance to talk to Kevin for a few minutes.
Kevin touched up on his post-production work on Clerks II and will be showing it to Harvey and an audience by the end of the month. It is 91 minutes long and very tight.
And although Clerks II was a surprise after he announced that Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back would be the final film of that universe, Kevin has learned his lesson and says he will never say never regarding future View Askew productions.
He is holding off on Ranger Danger until he “gets better as a filmmaker.” While he does admit that RD will be anywhere between the 50-70 million dollar range, we had to ask then why wouldn't he direct The Green Hornet?
He is currently writing a comedy for the Weinsteins that will be outside of the View Askewniverse and will stand completely alone.
